Lydie.e: A new chapter for my sewing pattern brand
After several months of reflection, work, and evolution, it's time for me to reveal an important change: my brand is changing its name!
Newness in Continuity
Since its creation at the end of 2011, I have been supporting you in making children's clothes through accessible, detailed patterns designed for sewing enthusiasts. Today, a new chapter begins: I am specializing in baby patterns under the name Lydie.E (while retaining the name Lou and Me Couture for children's patterns).
This change is a newness in continuity. It is not a upheaval, but a natural evolution, in line with my desires, my experience, and the universe I wish to offer you. My goal remains unchanged: to offer you quality, modern, well-explained, and enjoyable sewing patterns.
A Carefully Considered Evolution
Lou and Me Couture was born in 2011, at the crossroads of a passion and a career change. For several years, I took immense pleasure in designing patterns, exchanging with you, and seeing your magnificent creations come to life.
From 2016, I chose to put my activity on hold to fully dedicate myself to my family. This break offered me valuable perspective on my craft, my desires, and market expectations: the pattern offer has evolved considerably, and so have the demands of seamstresses. It took me time to reflect on the direction I wanted to give my business.
These last few months have been marked by a long and beneficial reflection on the future of my brand. I took the time to refine a smooth transition, improving my patterns and refining my universe. This process allowed me to better align my offer with what I am passionate about today: baby sewing.
Why specialize in baby patterns?
While my heart still leans towards children's sewing, I have chosen to refocus on patterns dedicated to toddlers under the brand Lydie.E. Why this choice? Because baby sewing offers endless possibilities!
