HOW TO ORDER?

How to place an order?
- Choose the desired patterns by clicking "add to cart".
- Click: "I acknowledge that I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale" after consulting them.
- Click "check order".
- Create your account by completing your personal information and address or log in to your account if you already have one. Complete or check your details.
- "Confirm my order"
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the indicated field and then click "apply".
- Choose your payment method then click "check my order".
- You can review your order and click "pay now"
Once payment has been registered, you will be automatically redirected to the shop to view your order confirmation.
The pattern is directly downloadable on this page.
You will also receive your patterns by email a few minutes after validation.
You don't receive your pattern immediately after ordering?
Wait a moment. The sending is automatic; you should receive it a few minutes after your order has been paid for.
Remember to check your "junk mail" (spam) box, as patterns sometimes go there directly.
Still haven't received it?
This could be due to a typo in the email address when creating your account (or a malfunction of my site, which also happens). So contact me (contact@lydie-e.fr) with your order number and I will send it to you as soon as possible (generally within 24 business hours).
